One subject I like painting is anything oriental. I lived in Egypt when I was small and have always remained fascinated by the orient, and have visited again as i was older. The first acrylic painting is from a photo I took while visiting a temple in Luxor. I was impressed with their architecture and wanted to get it on canvas. The second one is actually a picture of my fiance posing as an Arab, which was fun to improvise also on the background.
